Energy Work.
Karla is a Reiki Master/Teacher, trained in Denver, Colorado. In addition to reiki, she also leverages other modalities intuitively throughout the energy work session.
The goal of energy work is personal for each client, but many experience one or more of the following sensations: a sense of well-being, clarity, unblocking, and/or a consolidation of fractured or scattered energy. Whether you are clearing, grounding, aligning, integrating, or simply resting, energy work is a beautiful facilitator on your journey.
In-person sessions involve lying on a massage table, fully dressed, with options for sheets or blankets to adjust your personal temperature needs. Reiki and energy work may include light touch or may be hands-off, with hands placed above the body. Please relay any specific requests or concerns with physical proximity so that the work may be adjusted. There is no difference in outcome or result. If virtual sessions are preferred, please note this in your booking. (*Note, energy work/reiki sessions are all remote at this time. we hope to re-open in-person sessions soon!)
